Copy of Social Security card for each applicant

W-2 form and last 2 years tax returns
Most recent pay stubs covering 30 days
Bank statements for checking and savings account for previous 2 months if at another institution
Name and address of employer for the last two years
Name, addresses, account numbers, payment amount for all loans or a copy of payment coupon and last credit
Copy of most recent statement for retirement account or any other investment account
Addresses and phone numbers for the landlords for the last 2 years
Sales contract not needed for refinances or preapprovals
